Some of the services offered are: classroom management support, building a positive, cultural environment, building productive teacher/student relationships, teacher self-care, and more.

Michelle's Story
I am an educator, leader, and empowerment advocate dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, clarity, and purpose. As the founder of Bold and Beautiful Conversations, I guide learners of all ages through personal growth, self-awareness, and transformation.
With years of expertise in teaching, mentoring, and leadership, I have the ability to blend research-based strategies with real-life wisdom. My mission is to empower individuals to own their voice, embrace their worth, and create a life built on authenticity and love.

"The Road To Success"-Graduation Ceremony
I had the honor of being in the presence of Dr. Michelle McKinley-Hunter as she delivered an empowering and motivating speech to the women of Sarah's House. At this event, the women successfully completed a program called " The Road to Success " which is geared towards healthy lifestyles , public speaking , interview etiquette and so much more . Dr. Michelle was asked to speak catering to the topic, "What does success look like?" Her professionalism and eagerness to render aid made our program a success . I wish her all the best endeavors life has to offer.

Dr. McKinley-Hunter was an amazing mentor. Although I only worked with her for a short period of time, I learned so much from her. She always had time for me especially during the lesson planning process. She provided me with helpful tools to use when navigating my classroom. I wish I was able to work under Dr. McKinley-Hunter longer because I knew I was being elevated by her.
